SEDEC Opens its doors tomorrow at ATO Convention and Exhibition Centre
SEDEC Conference and Fair, which will be held in the strategic partnership with the Defence and Aerospace Industry Manufacturers Association (SaSaD), will start on Tuesday, June 28, at the ATO. “Congresium International Convention & Exhibition Centre”. Delegations from more than 50 countries are expected to attend the fair.
Since its establishment in 1990, SaSaD has been working to minimise the foreign dependency of the country in the field of defence and security, contribute to the formation of an industry that can compete in the international arena, coordinate with the needs and supply authorities, to provide platforms that will strengthen cooperation and create synergy among the sector stakeholders, and provide solutions to the demands and expectations of its members. SaSaD, which continues its activities to benefit them by producing, became a strategic partner with its agreement with SEDEC.
At the event’s opening, SaSaD, Chairman of the Board and Kale Group Vice Chairman of the Board and Head of Technical Department Osman Okyay, will make a speech. In the conference part of the event, on the first day, EDAM Security and Defence Research Director Can Kasapoğlu will inform the participants about defence and border security in his speech titled “Current Situation and Lessons Learned in the Field of Defence and Security”.
As part of the event, where delegations from more than 50 countries are expected to participate, the “SaSaD Defence Industry Reception” will be held on Wednesday, June 29.
