Ktenas 61 With the test of a long-range Siper missile in Sinop, another stage of its development has been completed, according to Turkish sources. Siper will be the "upper" layer of the multi-layered anti-aircraft defence planned by Turkey, with domestic design and production systems. Where Hisar missiles will in turn provide medium-range and low-altitude defence for cruise missiles (in the Hisar O + and Hisar A + versions respectively). The Siper artillery, which will be mobile, is expected to have a range of 100+ kilometres and the missiles will reach an altitude of 60,000 feet, while in the next stage of development the range will reach 150 kilometres.
