The company published its recent magazine. “ASELSAN Dergi” February issue is published. The magazine is entirely dedicated to the health sector. It narrates ASELSAN’s accomplishments in the industry. The President and CEO of ASELSAN, Prof. Haluk Görgün, has written the introduction. Dr Görgün said, “We have a new front to provide Turkey’s technological independence and development; health technologies. We will continue to cooperate with our suppliers on that topic.
Defence Industries Presidency stated the “dual usage” vision. ASELSAN follows this path by adapting the defence industry into health technology. The pandemic and respiration machines were part of it. We developed such a system under ministries’ guidance and in cooperation with Baykar, Arçelik and BİOSYS. We are still producing such systems.
Görgün explained other technologies to fight against coronavirus as well. The 150-page extended magazine includes many articles and projects on health technology.
