According to ASELSAN's announcement on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company share transfer agreement was signed on October 12.
ASELSAN made the following statement in its statement to KAP: In order to increase the efficiency and focus in the company management of BİTES Savunma Havacılık ve Uzay Teknolojileri Yazılım Elektronik Ticaret A.Ş., to carry out artificial intelligence, augmented reality, military and civil software activities more intensively in our company, ASELSAN's share in the partnership was increased from 51 per cent to 100 per cent by purchasing the 49 per cent share of the company's other partner.
