Azerbaijan President İlham Aliyev attended the Teknofest and announced the decision. Aliyev reminded the recent agreement signed between Baykar and Azerbaijan to establish a factory in Azerbaijan and said, hopefully, there will be a Bayraktar Centre in Azerbaijan. I also hope that KIZILELMA will fly in Azerbaijani skies.
