IAI Presented the Multi-Sensor System Green Lotus For C-Ram and Air And Ground Surveillance
The system integrates IAI-ELTA sensors into an automated system that detects, tracks, classifies and identifies airborne targets, from very low radar cross-section (RCS) mortar, rocket and artillery fire to small drones and manned aircraft and unmanned fixed and rotary wing aircraft. It is also used for ground surveillance by detecting and tracking vehicles and slow-moving people. The multi-sensor data is collected and processed in the system's unified Command and Control console (C2), which uses AI to enhance detection, classification and identification capabilities. The combined data provides users Situational Awareness Picture (SAP) and integrates with countermeasure systems, enabling targeting and discretion. The simultaneous ability to conduct C-RAM along with airborne and ground surveillance makes GREEN LOTUS a tool for protecting armed forces. The system's modular architecture also allows it to be adapted to each customer's specific needs. All sensors are housed in a specially designed structure and share a power supply, communication buses and cooling. The system enables full 360° coverage when populated with a full sensor array.
