Balıkesir-based İŞBİR, one of the TAFF companies, completed the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of four diesel generators to be used on the MİLGEM program ISTANBUL frigate.
İŞBİR announced on its social media accounts that the FAT of four 750 kVA generators had been completed. "The factory acceptance tests of four 750 kVA diesel generator sets of the project, for which STM is the main contractor, have been successfully completed," İŞBİR said in a statement and added “We are proud of our continued contributions to the country"s defence and the development of the domestic defence industry, as well as completing such a large project on our own, on time, and to a high standard."
