Qualification activities for ASELSAN's Volkan-M fire control system for M-60T tanks will be completed by the end of 2022. The Land Systems Seminar in Ankara provided updates on the development.
An official from ASELSAN explained the latest developments about the M-60T tanks" modernisation programmes Defence Industry Agency had planned the renewal of the fire control systems of M60T tanks with the local and national Volkan-M system for 2022. The Volkan-M Fire Control System"s firing tests began in May 2021.
