Pakistan Navy’s first PN MILGEM vessel, PNS Babur 280, prepares to sail to Pakistan, homeport. ASFAT released a video of Corvette showing that the ship is ready for departure.
The Turkish Defence Ministry subsidiary ASFAT Inc. has undergone the biggest export agreement of the Turkish Naval Industry. The company constructs four PN Milgem Corvettes for the Pakistan Navy. The first ship, PNS Babur, was constructed in Tuzla, Istanbul Shipyard Command. The ship completed its acceptance tests in past and delivered to the Pakistan Navy. Following further tests of the ship and training of the crew, the ship is set to sail to her homeport in Pakistan. ASFAT has released a video of PNS Babur, and most probably, the video’s hidden message is farewell to the ship.
