PNS BADR, one of the MİLGEM ships built by Turkey for the Pakistani Navy, lunched. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Defence Minister Hulusi Akar from Turkiye attended the ceremony held in Karachi. Four ships are being built for the Pakistan Navy.
The second PN MİLGEM ship, KHAIBAR, was laid down in Istanbul on April 30, 2021. The construction of the vessel continues. The fourth PN MİLGEM Ship, TARIQ, was laid down at Karachi Shipyard on November 5, 2021. The construction of the ship continues.
