Founded as an engineering company to develop technology in Ankara, the company applied in 2022 to the Turkish Stock market “Borsa Istanbul” to provide financial resources for its new campus construction in the Ankara Aerospace Industry Zone (HAB) and to accelerate its growth, which has reached a new stage in a year.
One year later after its acceptance, SDT became one of the top 100 stocks traded on Borsa Istanbul in terms of market value and transaction volume. This is summareised as “BIST 100”.
Meanwhile, according to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on December 22, the company purchased 40 per cent of Sirius Tasarım Laboratuvarı Mühendislik Anonim Şirketi (Sirius Design Laboratory Engineering INC) operating in Ankara for 3 million 525 thousand liras.
SDT’s Campus construction in HAB is planned to be completed in 2025.
