The Swedish government announced an agreement to purchase eight high-speed vessels from Swede Ship Marine AB equipped with 120 mm Patria NEMO mortar.
The Swedish government’s Försvarets materielverk (FMV) ordered the vessels announced the agreement for the purchase of eight high-speed vessels from Swede Ship Marine AB, which will be armed with the 120 mm Patria NEMO mortar in self-loading stabilized turret.
Under the same agreement, two Patria NEMO Container systems and a flexible fire support solution will also be acquired. It has a remote-controlled 120mm mortar system, ammunition loading mechanism, fire control system, and ammunition storage in one container.
