Turkey’s first MALE class UAV ANKA is in the sky for a long time. It had its maiden flight 10 years ago. TUSAŞ is looking for new missions for the UAV.
TUSAŞ presents the ANKA UAV with the Şimsek target drone under the wing, and it also presents the Uygar Communication pod.
ANKA was seen with the Şimşek target drone before. The mission for the Şimşek drone will bring new capabilities.
Uygar Communication pod is new. It provides 4G/LTE communication. The pod can be used for civilian purposes on many occasions. The low-speed UAV will carry the network and communication to the area it flies above.
