Turkish Aerospace (TUSAŞ) will be in the UK between 18-22 July 2022 to attend the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA), one of the essential aviation fairs in the world. TUSAŞ will exhibit its products, especially Indigenous Fighter Aircraft (TF-X) T-129 ATAK Helicopter and HÜRKUŞ Basic Trainer Aircraft will perform an air show at the fair.
ATAK, GÖKBEY (General-Purpose Helicopter), HÜRKUŞ, HÜRJET (jet trainer Aircraft), ANKA (single engine Armed UAV), AKSUNGUR (Twin-engine Armed UAV), TF-X, ŞİMŞEK (target drone/ loitering munition) and TF-X simulators will take place in the fair, where 80 thousand visitors from 96 countries are expected to participate. Speaking about the participation in FIA, Professor Temel Kotil, General Manager of TUSAŞ, said, “Taking part in Farnborough International Airshow with our indigenous products was more meaningful than our participation in previous years. This year, ATAK and HÜRKUŞ will meet with the audience here, but I hope that we will participate in the next Farnborough International Airshow with HÜRJET and ATAK 2 (Heavy Duty Attack Helicopter), and we will once again prove our country’s success in aviation development, technology and production.”
