The Republic of South Africa, one of Africa’s most developed countries in the defence industry, gave the green light to joint defence projects with Turkiye. Last week, 25 companies from Turkiye participated in the African Aviation and Defence Fair (AAD 2022), held at Waterkloof Air Base near Pretoria, the administrative capital of the country, and exhibited their products.
