The 35 Fast Patrol Boat (FPB) that ARES Shipyard is building has completed the tests. The boats will be delivered to the Turkish Coast Guard and the General Directorate of Security.
ARES Shipyard has announced in September that they started the serial production of 122 35 FPB Control boats that they have developed for the Coast Guard Command and the General Directorate of Security. The boats will be used against irregular migration and smuggling. The boats will serve for search and rescue maritime safety/security operations.
The Shipyard plans to deliver six boats every two months and complete the delivery in five years.
