CANiK attended the Military Logistics and Support Summit-DLSS held in Ankara with all its integrated products and accessories, especially the CANiK M2 QCB heavy machine gun. Samsun Yurt Savunma General Manager C. Utku Aral said, “CANiK M2F, the new improved and faster version of CANiK M2 QCB, is now ready for duty.”
CANiK exhibited its anti-aircraft CANiK M2 QCB machine gun and its improved version, the CANiK M2F.
Samsun Yurt Savunma General Manager Aral said, “CANiK M2 QCB is Turkiye’s only qualified and biggest 12.7 mm Heavy Machine Gun. It is ready to serve friendly and allied countries and our country. In the first half of this month, we will complete the delivery of 750 heavy machine guns to the General Directorate of Security, Gendarmerie General Command and Coast Guard Command under the Ministry of Interior, under the coordination of our Defence Industry Agency (SSB). In addition, the tests of CANiK M2F, the machine gun with a higher rate of fire than the CANiK M2 QCB, have been completed. The new member of the CANiK M2 family is now ready for duty. At the same time, with the acquisition of the British company “AEI Systems”, which produces 30x113 mm guns and is one of the five companies in the world, we have brought medium calibre guns, which have strategic importance for sea, air and land platforms, to our country.”
Aral added, “We will meet you with new surprises at SAHA EXPO 2022 in the coming days. In addition, we have completed our preparations to provide integrated logistics support (ELD) to the user for the first time in our country’s arms industry.”
