Astronomers from China, on the other hand, are of the opinion that it might have been the rocket that launched a Starlink mission. There were twenty-two Starlink satellites launched into low-Earth orbit by a Falcon 9 rocket from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California at three minutes and fifty seconds before local time on Sunday (4.59 pm in Beijing).
The rocket followed a 53-degree southerly trajectory. It may have been over northern China at the halfway point, visible in Beijing and other cities at sunset or before sunrise.
