The SEDEC 2024 homeland security and defence exhibition, which aims to boost exports, will be held between May 21 and 23 at ATO Congresium Ankara.
In the previous SEDEC, more than 5,800 business-to-business and business-to-government talks were held. President of the SEDEC Organisation Committee Hilal Ünal stated that the aim is to break the international participation record.
Representatives from more than 80 countries have been invited to achieve this goal. Firms like Korean KAI, Qatari Tawazun, British BAE Systems, and the multi-national Airbus have also been invited to the exhibition.
With this year's exhibition, SEDEC aims to introduce the capabilities of Turkish firms, particularly SMEs, to other countries as an international organisation. The exhibition will also increase defence exports to allied countries.
