Yalçıntaş has not explained why he resigned. He resumed what BMC had done during his 30 months-long duty and thanked his colleagues for their efforts. He said he would search for new opportunities.
BMC, an armoured vehicle producer, will produce the Altay Main Battle for the Turkish army. The company is currently constructing a facility in Ankara Aerospace Industrial Zone (HAB).
