DSEI UK 2025: KORKUT 100/25 SB C-UAS System Goes Abroad TurDef

ASELSAN’s KORKUT 100/25 SB hard-kill C-UAS system using ATOM 25 airburst ammunition has made its first appearance at a foreign exhibition during DSEI UK 2025.

Like the updated configuration at IDEF2025, the system is being exhibited on Ejder Yalçın 4x4 armoured vehicle with four small radars, an EO/IR mast, and a jammer in addition to the RCWS equipped with a programmer for ATOM 25 ammunition.

ATOM 25, using a pre-formed fragmentation warhead, detonates at an automatically programmed time by the muzzle-mounted device and can engage micro/mini UAVs at a range of 1000 m.

The sensors include an onboard EO/IR system for the RCWS with independent movement, a secondary EO/IR mast, and four small radars distributed around the vehicle hull.

Compared to KORKUT SPAAG, KORKUT 100/25 SB is considerably more mobile and easier to reload due to a smaller calibre weapon. It is also safe to assume that the unit price is considerably lower as well due to the platform and onboard systems.

During IDEF2025, the towed variant of KORKUT 100/25 SB, KORKUT 130/25 SB, was unveiled alongside the updated configuration. KORKUT 130/25 SB’s layout is mostly common with the baseline variant and is an alternative to the ŞAHİN 130/40GL with ATOM 40 airburst grenades as a towed C-UAS system.
