KONGSBERG's Naval Strike Missile is fired from an Australian-manufactured launcher for the first time, using a a Blast Test Vehicle (BTV).
During the test, the Royal Australian Navy completed Project SEA 1300 Phase 1—Navy Guided Weapons, as the BTV firing was the final component of an Australian-built NSM launcher. The BTV consists of an NSM Booster Rocket Motor and an inert missile.
