Netherlands to Buy 226 AIM-120D3 AMRAAM for $807 million

The Royal Dutch AirForce will be equipped the most advanced version of AIM-120D-3 AMRAAM for a cost of up to $807 million. Netherlands buys 226 AMRAAMs.

The U.S. State Department has approved a potential Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to the Netherlands involving AIM-120D-3 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles, with an estimated value of up to $807 million.

The Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) has notified Congress of the proposed sale, which includes a request from the Netherlands to purchase 226 AIM-120D-3 AMRAAM missiles. RTX Corporation has been designated as the primary contractor for this procurement.
