Nurol Makina has delivered Ejder Yalçın 4x4 tactical armoured vehicles to Hungary, with the vehicles receiving the name Gidran in Hungarian service.
Ejder Yalçın 4x4 vehicles modified for the Hungarian Army’s requirements have been delivered as Gidran. Turkish Secretariat of Defence Industries announced the delivery ceremony in its weekend recap.
In October 2023, Nurol Makina signed a collaboration agreement with Raba Otomotiv, later a contract to establish a joint venture. The joint venture Hungarian Ministry of Defence, will operate within Raba’s facility in Györ. The focus is on assembling and producing Gidran 4x4 armoured combat vehicles for Hungary with the highest rate of local sources.
