ROKETSAN is displaying its ATGMs and stand-off munitions for UCAVs in the IDEAS 2024 defence exhibition being held in Pakistan.
ATGMs in the exhibition include UMTAS-GM Block 1, which has a 15 km range; OMTAS, which has a 4 km range; and the KARAOK man-portable ATGM, which has a 2.5 km range alongside its launcher.
The UAV-230, a 230 mm aeroballistics missile developed from the TRG-230 artillery rocket, and the ÇAKIR compact cruise missile, which has a range of 150+ km and was test-fired from the AKINCI UCAV, are also on display. Pakistan is among the operators of AKINCI, which uses a mixture of Turkish and Pakistani munitions.
Previously, ROKETSAN displayed the SİPER Product 2 air defence missile with a range of 150+ km for the first time in the Euronaval 2024 exhibition. In addition, ROKETSAN Launcher Systems Manager Mustafa Özdemir stated that MİDLAS is being developed in submarine-based (For launching cruise missiles) and single-cell configurations (For OPVs).
