ROKETSAN shared a video teasing a new missile to make its debut during the IDEF25 17th International Defence Industry Fair to be held in Istanbul next week.
The video shared by ROKETSAN with the statement “Maximum impact and precision at long range! Making its debut at IDEF2025!” shows what appears to be a ballistic missile or an artillery rocket.
The most recent ballistic missiles in ROKETSAN’s portfolio include the Tayfun SRBM and Cenk ballistic missile, both of which are not so far apart in unveiling.
Tayfun has already made appearances in several exhibitions. At the same time, the missile shown in the video does not resemble Cenk either, as Cenk was seen with a second set of fins at the front in its unveiling and features a thick frame.
On the other hand, ROKETSAN has developed a line of guided artillery rockets, including TRG-122/TRLG-122, TRG-230/TRLG-230, and TRG-300. Thus, it could also be a new artillery rocket meant for longer ranges compared to TRG-300, which can reach 90 km or 120 km, depending on the variant.
