According to local media sources, Romania intends to work with Ukraine to defend its Black Sea waters from its territory. The preferred system is the R-360 Neptune anti-ship missile that proved its efficiency against the Russian Moskva cruiser.
Neptunes can hit targets on land and sea from a 400 km range. A Motor Sich MS400 engine powers it, and Ukraine plans to extend the range up to 1000 km.
