US, Saudi Forces Execute M1A2 SEP v3 Tanks Live-Fire Drill TurDef

US and Saudi armies conducted live-fire training using M1A2 SEP v3 MBTs at "Friendship 25" to enhance military cooperation and regional defence capability.

During the "Friendship 25" exercise, the US and Saudi Arabian ground troops conducted a live-fire exercise with M1A2 SEP v3 Abrams main battle tanks, strengthening military cooperation and regional stability.

The drill occurred on February 12, 2025, at a secret site inside US Central Command's purview. Aiming to enhance collaborative operational capabilities against regional security concerns, troops from the 278th Armoured Cavalry Regiment conducted advanced combat manoeuvres with the M1A2 SEP v3 tanks.
