The “Future Soldier 2024 – Soldier of the Future” organization, organized by the Ministry of National Defense (MSB), the Secreteriat of Defense Industries and the Turkish Defense and Aviation Industry Manufacturers Association (SASAD), aims to serve the efforts for a more agile, more integrated and expedition-ready army in every aspect through technology. Focusing on the present and future of international and national studies on the future of military systems, the organization will bring together different perspectives and applications regarding threats emerging with new generation warfare vehicles. In the presentations where the latest developments will be discussed, “Future Soldier” concepts will be discussed in various fields such as autonomous systems, artificial intelligence and cyber threats, semi-robotic skeleton systems, portable and wearable technologies, optical and laser systems, sensors and electronic warfare, combat and communication, logistics, energy, individual equipment, and modular systems. The reports to be created at the end of the organization, which is organized with the vision of increasing the new generation combat capability of the Turkish Army, national defense industry and its allies, will also guide the defense sector in taking precautions against different threats that Turkish soldiers may have to face on the battlefield. The slogan “New World, New War, New Warrior & New World – New War – New Warrior” is used as the main theme in the organization, which highlights combat soldiers and reflects military technological changes. The organization, which will host approximately 400 participants consisting of international and national defense stakeholders, will be held in the Ankara Aerospace and Aviation Specialized OSB Conference Hall.
