Oktay also stated that the National Vertical Launching System (MDAS) would undergo preliminary testing. The second Reis Class submarine will be towed into the dockyard. Next year, Turkish armoured vehicles will be provided with Turkish engines.
Ukrainian engine manufacturer Ivchenko-Progress and Turkish UAV maker Baykar signed an engine supply agreement at Saha Expo last week for Baykar’s Akıncı.
The SOM-J 5th Generation ASuW Missile had its first live-fire test at the Sinop Firing Range with an F-16C aircraft from the 401st Test Fleet Command.
