A new hybrid rocket platform being developed DeltaV made its appearance in a social media post made by the Governorship of Sinop regarding a visit by the General Manager of DeltaV. The photo on the post shows a scaled model of the platform. It is noteworthy that Sinop holds a significant place in the Turkish defence industry as the primary site for rocket tests.
Additionally, the Secretary of Turkish Defence Industries Haluk Görgün posted a video of multiple rocket tests that includes a rocket highly similar to the scaled model in the social media post.

DeltaV, starting as a firm focused on space rockets, initially became known for its hybrid fuel rockets. However, the firm is gradually expanding towards the military sector with the recent developments. The first known entry of DeltaV into missile development is the rocket booster for ASELSAN’s TOLUN-S ground-launched small-diameter bomb. TOLUN-S can be launched from the GÖKTAN system mounted on a 8x8 truck (Shown during IDEF2025) with six canisters.
