KAREL to Display 5G-Based Communication Architecture at SAHA TurDef

KAREL [BIST: KAREL] will display its family of 5G communication systems, including MOBAT, COM-BAT, and COM-LINE systems, at SAHA EXPO 2026 international defence exhibition.

Turkish communication equipment developer KAREL will display its new generation communication systems based on 5G technology at the upcoming SAHA EXPO 2026 exhibition to be held in İstanbul Expo Centre (İFM).

KAREL’s 5G family includes MOBAT, COM-BAT 5G mobile network, and COM-LINE integrated network gateway for vehicles.

MOBAT is an operational headset designed to enhance situational awareness through features such as active noise cancellation and 3D audio, while maintaining continuous connectivity between personnel, vehicles and command elements.

COM-BAT is a private and closed-loop 5G network that can be used by vehicles and infantry for voice and video communications, real-time data sharing and bandwidth-intensive applications. In addition to data exchange features, legacy radios can be incoroprated to COM-BAT to ensure smooth integration into the force structure.

COM-LINE is a bridge for in-vehicle and inter-vehicle communications to provide privacy and security in communications.
