Saab has received an order for the Carl-Gustaf from the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). The order value is approximately 60 million euros.
The order is placed on behalf of four NATO member nations within an agreement between Saab and NSPA regarding the Carl-Gustaf, including ammunition and equipment. The system will be delivered between 2024-2027.
The Carl-Gustaf's wide variety of ammunition types makes it flexible and capable of dealing with any situation, whether it is to destroy an armoured vehicle or structure or illuminate the battlefield during night operations.
The Carl-Gustaf system is supplied to more than 40 countries worldwide.
