Turkiye, in protest against civilian killings during Israel’s Gaza campaign and expansionist policies, has gradually cut its ties following the spark of the 2023 Gaza Conflict. Now that Israel is getting near the new Syrian regime that is in favour of Turkiye, it would only be natural for Turkiye to block Israel from the benefits of NATO whenever possible.
