The FAB 4107 Gripen underwent preparations at the airport in the same city, including assembling systems separated during the sea journey, such as the ejection seat that includes pyrotech. After ground tests, the aircraft received clearance for flight.
With the addition of the FAB 4107 Gripen, the 1st fleet of “Defesa Aérea” operating Gripen fighters at Base Aérea de Anápolis now boasts a fleet of seven aircraft.
