DASAL has signed a development project totaling $ 2,713,051.00 within the scope of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems development and supply projects.
ALTINAY Company made the following statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP): “Our Subsidiary DASAL Aviation Technologies Inc. has informed our Company today that a new business agreement totaling 2,713,051.00 USD + VAT has been signed within the scope of UAV Systems Development and Supply Projects.”
DASAL Company was established as a joint venture between ALTINAY and ASELSAN, but ALTINAY acquired all of the company’s shares in 2024, becoming the sole partner with 100 per cent ownership. ALTINAY’s statement did not provide customer information, nor did it include details on export or domestic use. Dasal is known for its Cargo UAV solutions for logistic purposes.
