French Armament Agency DGA wants to have Rafale F5, which will cooperate with a stealth Unmanned System, known as Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T).
The French Armament Agency Direction Générale de l'Armement (DGA) stated on its social media accounts that it has notified manufacturers of the first orders for the Rafale F5 and the development of a stealth combat drone for the air forces of the Ministry of the Armed Forces.
The Rafale with the F5 standard will be capable of carrying and firing the future nuclear hypersonic missile ASN4G, which will enter service over the next decade.
The drone will support the Rafale F5 in "first entry" missions, air-to-air combat, air-to-surface missions and the suppression of enemy air defences in contested environments.
