Baykar’s KIZILELMA unmanned fighter dropped ROKETSAN’s TEBER-82 and ASELSAN’s LGK-82 laser-guided 500 lb bombs consecutively, resuming the weapons testing.
Following a short break, the KIZILELMA unmanned fighter has made a return to weapons testing with a consecutive launch of TEBER-82 and LGK-82 laser-guided bombs on a static target from the fifth prototype.
While the fifth prototype is fitted with TOYGUN 100 EOTS developed by ASELSAN [BIST: ASELS], which can perform laser designation, it is unknown if KIZILELMA laser-designated the target on its own or if a nearby UAV was used. Baykar and ASELSAN have not explicitly stated that TOYGUN 100 was used.
The test marks the integration of ASELSAN’s LGK-82 500 lb laser-guided bomb. TEBER-82 was tested from KIZILELMA towards the end of 2025.
Similar to KIZIELMA, TUSAŞ’s ANKA-III stealth UCAV was tested with the two munitions in an identical time span between 2024 and 2025.
KIZILELMA is expected to use other air-to-surface munitions such as the KGK winged guidance kit, other members of the TOLUN SDB family (TOLUN F and TOLUN IIR), and ÇAKIR compact cruise missile.
