The British Army exhibited the NMS 4x4 armoured vehicle, planned to enter the inventory, alongside in-service armoured fighting vehicles during DSEI UK 2025.
The British Army signalled the entry of NMS 4x4 into its armoured combat vehicle fleet under the name NOMAD 4x4. NMS UK will produce the vehicles. UK-based subsidiary of Nurol Makina is responsible for the localised production of Nurol Makina’s vehicles, such as NOMAD (NMS 4x4), DRAGON (Ejder Yalçın 4x4), and LURCHER (NMS-L 4x4).
NMS UK’s production will take place in a facility located at TachbrooonPark in a 32000 square-meter site.
NMS/NOMAD 4x4 has been put on display with Unirobotics’ TRAKON 30 RCWS with the VENOM LR 30x113 mm revolver cannon. VENOM LR was developed by the UK-based AEI Systems, which the Turkish SYS acquired in 2023.
NMS is available in baseline, NMS-L, and EWB variants. NMS-L, unveiled at IDEF2023, features a flatbed to mount logistical payloads or weaponry such as loitering munitions. Additionally, Nurol Makina unveiled the eNMS-L as the all-electric demonstrator with an option for range-extending fuel cells at the flatbed during IDEF2025.
