The Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) prepares to retire F-4E jets in June 2024. Four aircraft conducted the fleet's final flight on 9 May 2024.
The Ministry of Defence announced that the F-4E jets conducted their final shootings to commemorate their retirement. Looking ahead, the Defence Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has unveiled plans to procure 40 KF-21 fighter jets by 2026, marking a significant step in the modernization of the ROKAF's fleet.
