Saab published a press release on October 24 to announce the order. This is the continuation of the former capability enhancement order for Gripen C/Ds. The additional order includes the design of new development and simulation environments for Gripen C/D, as well as the development of new support systems that will facilitate the harmonisation of Gripen C/D and Gripen E for the Swedish customer. The order also includes additional orders for equipment and hardware.
