Titra Teknoloji has added a new domestic product to its unmanned helicopter line-up. The ALPİN-2 delivers greater endurance, stability, and mission effectiveness.
Pasifik Teknoloji's defence-focused subsidiary, Titra Teknoloji, has added the ALPİN-2 to its family of rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Turkish engineers created the new model as an upgrade to the previous ALPİN-1 platform. It has many enhancements in autonomy, robustness, and operational efficiency.
Designed to operate more effectively in signal-jammed environments, the ALPİN-2 benefits from upgraded autopilot hardware and software developed entirely in-house. Titra reports that the new platform also integrates enhanced cyber protection, performance monitoring, and maintenance systems—further reducing external dependencies. Beyond avionics, ALPİN-2 includes significant upgrades in sensor suites and situational awareness, enabling real-time response during missions.
A major modification in structure is the switch from ALPİN-1's external hook for payloads to an internal winch-based freight loading mechanism. This gives logistical operations more flexibility.
