The official website of the Kazakh Prime Ministry included the report on the activities of the Ministry of Defence in the first half of the year.
Ruslan Jangulin, the official representative of the Kazakh Ministry of Defence, emphasised in his video activity report that the military tests of ANKA UAVs are currently underway. This is part of the ongoing modernisation process of the weapons inventory in the Kazakh Armed Forces, which includes domestic products. He also mentioned the expected supply of 'Arlan' and 'COBRA II' armoured wheeled vehicles this year.
The statement stated that more than 500 vehicles were added to the ministry's inventory this year, fifty vehicles were repaired, and SUNQAR tactical and UAV systems, as well as EVOMax mini UAVs, will be supplied by the end of the year.
According to the report, together with TUSAŞ's ANKA UAVs, it aims to strengthen further the Kazakh Air Defence inventory with modern fighter jets, A400M military cargo aircraft and high-precision missile anti-aircraft complexes by the end of the year.
