The X-62 VISTA has performed its maiden flight from Edwards Air Force Base in California, ahead of its use by the US Air Force for manned-unmanned teaming aircraft operations training and testing. Last year, the NF-16D Variable In-flight Simulator Aircraft (VISTA) was renamed the X-62. The NF-16D uses the F-16 platform.
