Demir: Turkiye Will Build Three MİLGEM Frigates in 36 Months
President of SSB Professor İsmail Demir stated that the 6th, 7th and 8th ships of the MİLGEM project, the İstif (I) Class Frigate, will be realised at private shipyards. SSB will coordinate the production of three national frigates simultaneously by utilising the production power of private sector shipyards and putting them at the disposal of the Naval Forces Command.
