The "Tank Factory" of the BMC Defence company in Sakarya Karasu district is being demolished. In June 2021, the ownership of BMC was changed. According to local media reports, Tosyalı Holding, which purchased BMC shares, has decided not to invest in the allocated land in Karasu.
