Indonesia Acquires Roketsan’s ATMACA

ROKETSAN’s ATMACA Anti-Ship Missile with Kale’s indigenous KTJ-3200 turbojet was fired from the BARBAROS coastal defence system.
Turkiye is developing indigenous turbojet engines for domestic missiles. Kale conducted studies on such systems.
Roketsan introduced its medium-range cruise missile at a press conference which can be launched from fixed and rotary-wing aircraft.
SSB and Kale Arge inked a deal to design a new jet engine. The engine will be named Arat and used in cruise missiles.
Agreements were signed at IDEF for the mass production of KTJ-3200 engines to power up SOM and ATMACA missiles. This agreement decided to use Kale ARGE’s turbojet engines in the Roketsan’s SOM and ATMACA missiles.
