Kale Jet Engines to be Listed on the Stock Exchange

Kale Group’s Kale Jet Engines will be offered to the public for new investments. The company has completed its CMB application.
Kale Jet Engines, one of the Kale Group companies, has applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for prospectus approval within the scope of the public offering process. The public offering application explanation has been made available to the company’s investors. The company formerly known as Kale Arge has changed its name to Kale Jet Engines.
Kale Group, which entered the defence and aviation industry as a partner of the Euro Stinger missile consortium in 1987, later developed national and indigenous systems and participated in multinational defence industry projects such as the F-35 project. 2013 Kale Arge was founded to develop Turkiye’s first turbojet engine. Kale Arge, which subsequently developed and mass-produced multiple engines, changed its trade name to Kale Jet Engines Industry Inc. in December 2024.
Kale Jet Engines’ locally and nationally produced KTJ-3200 Turbojet Engine is the propulsion system for SOM and Atmaca cruise missiles.
The company stated in its press release that the IPO aims to increase the company’s claim in the global market and contribute to the continuity of R&D investments.
