ASELSAN informed Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it signed three contracts valued at $ 35.130.000 in total for ASELFLIR-500 System.
ASELSAN said, “Three separate international sales contracts valued at USD 35.130.000 in total has been signed for the supply of guidance kits and ASELFLIR-500 System for international end users.”
This is the first export of GÖZDE and ASELFLIR-500 systems within the scope of these contracts. GÖZDE, designed by Tübitak SAGE is a guidance kit that converts 500 lb. class general purpose bombs to all-weather smart guided munitions. Guidance control system contains Inertial Navigational System, Global Positioning System and Laser Seeker in order to hit high priority fixed and moving targets.
