ASELSAN informed the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) today that according to the Board of Directors' resolution, Murat Karataş was appointed as Vice President of Microelectronics, Guidance and Electro-Optics (MGEO) Sector and Zekeriyya Şahin was appointed as Vice President of Defence Systems Technologies (SST) Sector.
Şahin has been working at various levels at ASELSAN since 2005; most recently, he served as ASELSAN Naval Systems Program Director between April 2021-2024.
Karataş worked at various levels at ASELSAN between 2000 and 2022. He served as Air and Missile Defence Systems Program Director responsible for ASELSAN Air Defence Projects until 2022. He was the Chief Technology Officer of Infinia between December 2022- November 2023.
